Trafficking for flesh trade: Cops rescue 8 Indore girls


Indore/Mandsaur: The latest revelation in connection with the trafficking of minors for flesh trade at Mandsaur is that out of all the girls rescued till now, eight are from Indore.
The crime branch, which is in Mandsaur, gave this information.
The team is now probing the possibility of any Indore links that the culprits could have.
Meanwhile, a court has remanded eight of the 14 arrested in police custody.
ASP Crime Maheshchand Jain said that a team comprising SI Soma Malik Bagdi and Suresh Mishra reached Mandsaur on Thursday.
One of the rescued Indore girls, Monika, was abducted from a slum at Jawahar Tekri on February 4 while one Sapna was kidnapped from Annapurna area on February 23.
Two years ago, two sisters, Khushboo and Puja, were abducted by the miscreants from slum in Banganga.
Similarly, five-year-old Puja (from Juni Indore area), Anju (from near Shani Mandir), Rukmini (from Gandhi Hall), were kidnapped.
The culprits are now likely to face trouble in getting lawyers to fight their case as Narayangarh Bar Association president Nandlal Yadav said that they decided that no one would contest the case on behalf of the criminals, for they had shamed the society.
